During this sound bath you will be immersed in the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and more to decrease stress and increase the connection with ourselves and everything around us.
The intention for this sound bath is to “awaken” our inner world and who we really are. Through sound and meditation, we will do some reflection on where we are at in our lives, as well as what we still need to heal within ourselves. As we move through our emotions, we will be guided to our inner most soul to awaken to who we are and what our inner world looks like. We must awaken to our inner world and to who we are so that we can be better conduits of love and authenticity for ourselves and the world around us.
